1:1sessions

For clients who would prefer a more personalised experience, I also offer 1:1s, either at my home in Broughton Gifford, or at clients’ homes, space permitting.

1:1s can be a great way to accelerate your progress, and to focus on any specific issues you may have.

I will also recommend exercises for you to practice at home, to help you get the most out of your 1:1 sessions.

Pricing: £45 per session (1 hour), or £200 for a block of 5 sessions; discounted rates available for existing class clients, or those looking to do 1:1 sessions prior to joining classes.

Please note - to take part in classes / 1:1s:

  • Any injuries need to be ‘old and cold’

  • I am unable to teach pre- and post-natal women, or anyone with acute lower back pain, or children (under 18 years of age), as these populations require additional specialist qualifications

  • You will need to bring your own mat. I would also encourage you to purchase your own head cushion (if needed) - this will be covered in your initial 1:1 or first class. All other equipment will be provided.

You may also wish to bring a water bottle with you, to ensure you stay properly hydrated.

  • Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. ‘Sticky socks’ are useful if you have them - otherwise bare feet are fine.
