Details of current classes are shown below. I will continue to evolve my teaching schedule going forward, in response to client demand - so if you can’t see exactly what you’re looking for now, please get in touch and let me know!
Class descriptions:
Beginners:
An all-round introduction to Pilates matwork, focusing on the fundamentals of alignment, breathing and centring
Suitable for those with no or very little previous experience of Pilates, who are looking to improve their core stability and functional movement (strength, stamina, flexibility, balance). Also useful as a refresher for anyone who feels they would benefit from going ‘back to basics’ for a few weeks.
These classes will have a maximum of 6-8 participants, to ensure lots of individual attention!

A mixed ability class aimed at those with some previous experience of Pilates, who are looking to improve their technique / develop their abilities.

1:1sessions
For clients who would prefer a more personalised experience, I also offer 1:1s, either at my home in Broughton Gifford, or at clients’ homes, space permitting.
1:1s can be a great way to accelerate your progress, and to focus on any specific issues you may have.
In addition to being a Pilates teacher, I’m also a life coach, so am well placed to help you get clear on what you want out of your Pilates sessions, set realistic goals and support you in achieving these, so you can feel a sense of progress. I will also recommend exercises for you to practice between sessions, to ensure you get the most out of the sessions themselves.
Pricing: £45 per session (1 hour), or £200 for a block of 5 sessions; discounted rates available for existing class clients, or those having 1:1s prior to joining classes
Please note - to take part in classes / 1:1s:
Any injuries need to be ‘old and cold’
I am unable to teach pre- and post-natal women, or anyone with acute lower back pain, or children (under 18 years of age), as these populations require additional specialist qualifications
-
You will need to bring your own mat. I would also encourage you to purchase your own head cushion (if needed) - this will be covered in your initial 1:1 or first class. All other equipment will be provided.
You may also wish to bring a water bottle with you, to ensure you stay properly hydrated.
-
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. ‘Sticky socks’ are useful if you have them - otherwise bare feet are fine.
